Bentobolum

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Clay Askane – 0.97g;  sodium chloride  - 0.02 g. calcium stearate – 0.01g. Bentobolum is based on the Georgian origin bentonite clay from Ascana deposit.

PHARMACEUTICAL FORM:   Grey shadow tablet.

PHARMACOLOGICAL FEATURES:  Bentobolum  is an effective adsorbent: it fully remedies or remarkably reduces  intestinal wind caused by intestinal diseases, irritation hyperacid gastritis of mucous coat of stomach [antiphlogogenic], the drug possesses antidiarrheal activity, results in a decrease of intestinal activities, improves defecation reduces pathological constituents in faeces, like: microscopically visible mucus, blood.

THERAPEUTIC  INDICATIONS:

Bentobolum is indicated for the treatment of intestinal wind of various etymology, chronic and hyperacid gastritis, reflux-esophagitis, postcholecystectomy syndrome, pseudomembranous colitis and dysbacteriosis.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before the meal.

No adverse SIDE EFFECTS have been observed.

No CONTRAINDICATIONS existed.

PRESENTATION: 30 tabletss – blisters

SHELF LIFE:  5 years. This drug should not be administered after the expiry date indicated on the package.
